They didn’t have the right people to do what I needed, a simple TB test for a pre-employment. Then they sent me to another branch which they didn’t do them there and were even closed that day. I eventually got it done but I’ve had better customer service from a rock. Just sayin…
The PA we’ve seen there before is awesome. Care is fantastic! The woman in the front, not so much. I was there last month with my child. When checking in, she said,”it’s about a two hour wait.” Not in a nice way. I felt like she wanted us to just go away. We waited 25 minutes and were seen and done. This time, I did not have my child’s Medicaid card. I asked if she was able to look it up. She stated, “We are not allowed to look up insurances.”So I took him across the street to covenant who did and we also received great care. Took my son here. The receptionist was very Friendly and helpful. They were understanding his needs with his panic disorder because of his autism. Facility was clean and organized.
