I had a no-heat furnace issue Monday but were initially backed up until Wed. (Had an unfortunate negative experience in the meantime with misdiagnosis, poor communication/job abandonment from a different company).
Fortunately McCoy was able to come by after that incident, for proper diagnosis of multiple bugs. Thanks so much, will continue to be my top choice for all future issues!

I cannot speak highly enough about McCoy's. From initial quote letting me know the good, the bad and the ugly, to promptness in scheduling.
When the install day came, they arrived at 9am on the dot (I'm a hike away, still impressive)
The installers were kind, polite and respectful. They were efficient, and professional in appearance and behavior. They took the time to be attentive to my 2 toddlers, ensured doors were closed so they babies wouldn't get into trouble.

Tom came out to inspect my furnace. He was prompt, explained the condition of my furnace and recommended a small change. He was efficient and polite. When it is time for me to replace the furnace I will certainly call them.
