Told them I had a leaking pipe, and would like to set up an appointment. They sent a technician immediately to my home. As with most plumbing problems another one pops up. The people at Groya plumbing and heating in Bay City could not be nicer or more helpful. While visiting my parents home, we had a situation and needed help especially due to the heat wave. Angela could not have been nicer, and looked through all records old and new to get information on our ac system. Larry remembered my parents home from years ago and walked me through where the filter was housed and how to get to it. Bob delivered new filters and helped replace the odd sized set up. So grateful for these people who are competent and care about their customers! They go the extra mile for sure!
On a frigid Sunday morning in February, our family (complete with two young children) awoke to a non working furnace and a rapidly cooling house. We were worried. “Who would you recommend if this happened to you,” we asked friends and family. “Gotta get Groya!” We heard repeatedly. Boy are we glad we did.
They were the only business on that Sunday morning to answer their phone and had a call back to us ASAP!
The furnace was fixed and our house was warm again.
It was a blessing and a huge relief.
