Groya's will always be my go to!! I just had a plumbing issue had to call another business he was here 2hrs made it worse,called Groya's they came here immediately 20 minutes fixed,(would of called first didn't realize they did plumbing) always called for heat and central air,I highly recommend very friendly and professional and affordable also
Told them I had a leaking pipe, and would like to set up an appointment. They sent a technician immediately to my home. As with most plumbing problems another one pops up. This technician would not leave even though it was past closing time till the problem was completely resolved.Excellent workmanship. These people care about their customers. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
The people at Groya plumbing and heating in Bay City could not be nicer or more helpful. While visiting my parents home, we had a situation and needed help especially due to the heat wave. Angela could not have been nicer, and looked through all records old and new to get information on our ac system. Larry remembered my parents home from years ago and walked me through where the filter was housed and how to get to it. Bob delivered new filters and helped replace the odd sized set up. So grateful for these people who are competent and care about their customers! They go the extra mile for sure!
