When it come to our external environment and what and how we clean our homes it's important to know what we choose to clean our carpets and flooring and upholstery that we are not using harsh toxic chemicals! Last weekend my husband Bud and I were preparing to have our carpets clean and we tried to use a carpet scrubber we have it just wasn't getting it cleaned like we would like it to be! So I went on a mission seeking for a Carpet cleaning business that offers a more eco-friendly non-toxic solution! As I searched on online the first one that I found here in Bay City was Jake's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning! So I went on Facebook and looked them up and left a message asking them do they have a non-toxic solution due to my sensitivities! It was later in the evening when I sent them a message and wasn't expecting them to answer til the next day or even the following Monday! I was surprised to see they answered my message and we were able to set up an appointment for Monday afternoon, now that right there is what I call a satisfied customer service and Jake & his 2 crewmen were very professional and we are very satisfied and we will gladly call them again and highly recommend Jake's Carpet and Upholstery and Cleaning business 😀 Thank yous for being so prompt and timely with your work on a short notice, contine to do great work and may your business continue to grow and be very successful, from The Anquetil's! 😉 😊
