“When my elderly and horribly abused PC bit the dust, we went here and got a new one for a great price. The customer service was above and beyond, and the owner came across as a very kind and genuine person (I cannot stress this enough, he was really cool).At first, the new PC had many issues, and although it was completely our fault, the owner was incredibly apologetic and allowed us to bring it in for free!And, although it's minor, the store itself was really welcoming and cozy (and I often feel very awkward in public spaces).It's been about a month now, and we haven't had any issues with the PC whatsoever. Definitely will come back if we ever need more computer help!“
