“I am AMAZED at the professionalism and good old "customer service" (that's very rare these days) that Tonya and Dustin (and his whole crew, Joe, George and Rick) demonstrated for our carpet installation. We have a large home with difficult nooks and crannies. We have two sets of stairs. We had an emergency family gathering at the last minute. This crew came out and worked from early morning until late in the evening. Tonya came to our house after work hours and helped design the perfect color scheme and found just the right carpet! I have very high standards for customer service as I'm old and remember when business owners really hustled to satisfy their customers. This experience was a very refreshing experience.
