After I was ghosted by Valley Electrical, I had low hopes of getting my old 15kw generator installed. I grabbed a flyer in the Midland Mall for ESCON and later, after a recommendation from a coworker, I reached out to ESCON. They immediately said they could get it done, gave me a quote, and shortly afterwards, got the electrical and gas teams scheduled. Both teams got the job done well but noticed that the generator needed some service. A service tech showed up 2 days later and got the generator back in running order.
We had a somewhat complex situation which involved changing from off grid (solar power only) to the grid (Consumers). We had several contractors bid the job but they didn't have the experience with solar power. For others the job was too small and not worth their time.
Bill (the owner) of Escon Group himself came out and saw the job and gave us several solutions we had not considered necessary for basic service.
As it turned out Consumers would not have connected us without those in place.
We have now TWO sources of power which we can easily switch between with a simple switch.

"Turbo" is dependable, quick to respond and a problem solving extraordinaire!!!!
He is considered our in house "SME".....(Subject Matter Expert)...when it comes to our electrical concerns.
