My parents have been going to them for over 30 years. They are great. Honest, straightforward, reasonable, and will tell you like it is. He was here for a dryer I thought went out, but was another issue and fixed it in a timely manner.
Hi all! I just wanted to share my experience with Noah. Last week our refrigerator started making noises so we unplugged it. My husband and I bought our house about a year and a half ago and are always unsure who to call and trust for help. I called Noah and he spent a good amount of time on the phone with me. After me telling him the year and make of our fridge, and after letting him listen to the noise it was making, he told me his thoughts on it. In fact, he spent about 20 minutes explaining so much to me about what was wrong and what a plan could be for us. (He actually said he couldn't work on it because it was one of the oldest of that model he'd ever heard of and didn't think it was a good thing to fix). He could have easily come out to look at it and charge us a bunch but instead he spend a long time explaining options, and making recommendations, etc. This is the kind of valuable, honest person we are looking for for future repairs on our home so I will be calling him in the future for other things. I just wanted to add a review like this to tell other people about him and how he works. I sent him a $20 in the mail as a thank you for his time. Technician cane to look at an issue with our Kitchen Aid gas stove. Quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, gave us an estimate of cost and installation time.Returned several days later for the installation of the part and ensured everything was operating properly.They give you a time window for arrival and were within those parameters.The tech was professional, courteous, and explained what he was doing.We had a good bit of snow and he removed his boots at the door and kept his work area clean. He was mindful of our wood floors while moving the appliance and placing his tools.Would highly recommend.
