I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with the Cremation Society of Mid-Michigan. The staff were prompt, courteous, compassionate, capable, and caring. They are nothing like the review posted here by my step daughter,, Kellie Prowse. Due to the discretion of my privacy , dealing with this company, they were not authorized to comply with her wishes. It is my opinion as to why she left such a bad review for them. I would recommend highly this company to anyone needing their services
They were professional, pleasant and easy to deal with in general. My only suggestion would be to assign one person per family. It seems as if you jump between representatives based on availability instead of building familiarity and avoiding procedural confusion.
Very kind and extremely helpful during such a hard time. Grace was compassionate, understanding and patient. Went well above and beyond any expectations. She was upfront with the cost menu and pushed nothing but compassion. She made all the calls and did everything!! Simply an amazing woman. Highly recommend them to handle the unpleasantness of post life arrangements.
