My daughter absolutely loves her MMA classes. She loves her coaches and the training. We love the change in her since she has started training! This is the best activity for yourself or your kids!

Greatest program I have ever been apart of. Instantly friends and family with everyone. I am forever grateful to have my children be taught life skills, and as the students creed states. I will use common sense before defense and never be abusive or offensive. This is a culture of greatness.

For 2.5 years, our daughter continues to enjoy her participation at Cosens. Her attention to the instruction has improved as she has matured and grown. The coaches are top notch— they make class fun, and if redirection is necessary, it is provided compassionately. The whole experience has been amazing. Pediatrician recommended!
