Had a great vet tech today Tina. She was really listening to my concerns about my dog & his only aggression which is towards cats.And recommended getting a muzzle for when I let him out to potty. Thanks so much no more worrying when I let him out.
I brought my dog here recently when she became ill suddenly. We have never been there before, but the sweet lady on the phone was able to get us in the same day for an emergency visit. The staff there was all so caring and compassionate. The doctor came into the rooms with some bad news that we had to put my girl down, it was absolutely heartbreaking. The doctor sat with me and explained every single line of her lab work, and what they all meant in simple terms, and sat with me as I cried. They gave me some time to pick my kiddo up from school so he could say goodbye before she passed. A week and a half ago, I brought my dog, Harvey, into the office because of a mass in his neck. He was treated by Tina and Dr. Catlin, and they were both wonderful with him in their examination, and very thorough in getting the pertinent info to me. They did a wonderful job and Harvey and myself were very appreciative.
