We developed a drip coming from our shower that rapidly went to a trickle and then to the point of running warm water without being able to turn it off without turning off water to the entire house. When most big business couldn’t help me for about a week out and didn’t seem to care….. Don answered my call at 8:30pm on a Friday night. He was out to evaluate the situation the next morning by 10am. After diagnosing the issue and helping us temporarily get the water off for us he assured me we could repair it Monday am to ensure we were able to get necessary parts. As promised Don arrived and fixed the shower situation amazingly well. This could have been a huge water issue and Don knew how worried I was about it and made sure things were taken care. Don was kind, understanding, and personable every time I spoke to him whether it was on the phone or in person. Not only was he extremely efficient and professional but he was very reasonably priced. I will DEFINITELY be using Don for all my future plumbing and sewer needs and will continue to tell others how amazing his service is. I definitely recommend giving Don at Alert Sewer a try.
