“We went to Dickman vet for the worst day of a pet owner's life, but they were so very kind & understanding. Nikki, our husky mix, had to be put down. Everyone from the receptionist to the veterinarian we're absolutely outstanding. They even let us exit through the employee door so we wouldn't have to walk through the waiting area. Even during the weeks prior to that day, everyone was extremely professional, but very understanding and empathetic at the same time. They never tried to upsell anything, they simply gave us the facts and our choices and let us make the decisions.“
