The minute I walked in the door I was pampered immediately. HUGE shout out to the beautiful artist who greeted me and hugs and kisses to amie for making this 45 year old feel good about herself (me). Jayanna was so helpful! Despite just being a cashier, she was super helpful. She overheard a convo I had with a friend debating colors and she later informed me that I could go and get color matched by an associate. That led me to a great rec by another peeson working on the right side of the store. She also verified that I had a close shade but a lighter one would work for the more natural tones I was looking for. Without Jayanna, I wouldnt have even thought to ask! I also saw Jayanna help another customer in depth and directing her to some recs. Jayanna's helpful spirit does Ulta a great service and theyre lucky to have her.
Beth was the literal sweetest. So lucky I was to have a wedding-level-professional helping me figure out what color concealer I need (which has been the biggest challenge my whole life) and her kindness meant the world! Such a good job she does. <3
