THIS IS A GREAT STORY !! About two months ago my dryer was squealing. I called Reliable Refrigeration, Bobb came and fixed our dryer. It has worked great !! Last week, my dryer started drying whenever it wanted to. I called Reliable Refrigeration and asked for Bobb because he did such a great job last time. He wasn't even here 5 mins today and he told me the cost of our repair. Bobb has such INTEGRITY and LOYALITY TO HIS CUSTOMERS that he suggested two options. He could order the part and get it in next week or we buy a new dryer. The repair would have been over twice the amount I just spent a couple months ago. Have used many times over the past few years for repairs on multiple types of appliances including my washer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Consistently they are polite and informative over the phone, scheduling is easy, and when they arrive work quickly to get things up and running or parts ordered ASAP so I'm not without the Appliance long. The repair men you can tell are well trained to handle a variety of appliances and brands which is so helpful to have people who know what they are doing to diagnosis quickly !! Highly recommend as your first call when something breaks. Saved me a few times having to replace the entire appliance!

On December 11, Reliable Repair from Battle Creek came to fix our dishwasher that wasn't draining properly. They arrived exactly on time and repaired the dishwasher in minutes. On a side note conversation my wife mentioned that she didn't think our Maytag dryer was working properly. The second repairman quickly diagnosed that problem and repaired the dryer in no time. We were incredibly impressed with their professionalism and expertise. We would highly recommend Reliable Refrigeration & Appliance Repair. Awesome job. Thank you.
