Big ups to Abby who took my very flustered call after not only being turned away by two florists who promised me products and didn’t deliver and then an issue with their website that made it seem like my card was charged-she took my call very sweetly and assured me she could help me on the phone and take payment that way-my friend got the flowers she deserved on her birthday, and I got the peace of mind that Abby and Plumeria had my back. After trying 2 online florists and placing orders at each and receiving an email that they couldn’t deliver to the address I needed, I searched Google for a local Battle Creek shop. I received an ensue email that they couldn’t deliver order was received and another when it was delivered the next day. Great service.
