Great customer service, we didn't know anything about our septic or actual location. They where very helpful and explained alot to us. We got our tank pumped and will be making our tank easy to get to for the next time. We will be using them for all future septic cleanings.

Flash Sanitation will FOREVER have our business! Called them to pump out our sewer and had no idea what we were doing as we have always had city water and sewage. The ladies on the phone were so helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. We even had to reschedule due to work issues on our end and the staff were so nice and accommodating!! When they came out to do the job the gentlemen were so personable and also explained everything without trying to take advantage!! We are forever grateful for the honest, curteous and prompt service we received!! That seems to be hard to come by these days!!
