We recently lost our daughter in February of 2022, she was on hospice and passed in the early morning hours. Everyone from the funeral home was amazing, but I wanted to give special recognition to the men who came to pick her up. One was named Riley I believe; and I didn’t get or don’t remember the other gentleman’s name. Riley is who we dealt with the entirety of the process and he was nothing short of amazing, professional, and empathetic. Losing a child is so incredibly hard, but feeling like she was in good hands made a difference. Not knowing who had her, where her body was, or what was happening with her was one of the hardest parts of those early days but Riley made me feel confident that she was safe and well cared for. We requested a last minute viewing to allow our toddler who was sleeping when she passed to say goodbye and Riley arranged it promptly. Who ever got her ready for us did an amazing job, she looked beautiful and peaceful. We were amazed. The entire staff that we dealt with during this whole process was nothing short of amazing. There was an issue with her cremains that Riley made us aware of and fixed it right away, taking them back to the crematory to have fixed. (I guess they weren’t done to their standard, but I’m not sure exactly what that means as I’m unfamiliar). I absolutely recommend this funeral home for your loved ones based off our experience with them. We had no arrangements made prior and a friend from out of state found them based on their reviews for us when we realized we would be losing her shortly. I have no regrets with choosing them.

The staff/family oriented team at Farley Estes Dowdle funeral home is the best around! From death to the monument placed in honor of our loved one at the cemetery. My husband passed at the hospital and they came to hospital in the night per my request to designing my husbands headstone. The kids and I have had the most warmest caring compassionate last 4 months from death to headstone. Closure and respect we needed. They go above and beyond !!!!! Family owned not corporation !!! I’ve been a RN 38 years Hospice Nurse for 10 years and that’s why I chose them because I witnessed for 10 years and they care about your loved one and familys !!!!! Respect Honor Love Caring !!!! They helped make the funeral and events exactly what I requested !!! Was a 10 hour day with their support for 4 hours, they even had a member make a appearance in their behalf at the catered memorial at my husbands shop !!! They are the best ❤️
