Dr. Valela was awsome a usual, Donna and Tia rocked too. My only and MAJOR complaint was that when I went into the store 11 days earlier to check frames and prices b4 making an appointment that the clerk did NOT know her stuff! I was quoted a price for exam and 2 complete sets of glasses. Yesterday, as I sat down to order the exact glasses I'd gotten a quote for...it was OVER $200 more!!! I was blindsided! Id already had and paid 4 my exam, so what was I to do??? I went there specifically 4 the frames I got. Definitely a learning experience. A VERY, VERY expensive experience! My daughter dont know all her letters yet so they did shapes instead with her and her glasses where ready in 20 mins ! Eye check and new glasses in under a hour! Definitely will be our go to for eye care now.
After being in a car accident that I was lucky to walk away from, unfortunately my glasses didn't have the same luck. Being basically legally blind without corrective lenses, on top of bouncing around on a pair of crutches with only half of my frame what's miserable. I had already stopped at two of Eyemart's competitors and was told they didn't have any openings for at least a week at both places. With the loyal customers I'm sure they have it was the same situation here-but this was the first place that had any sort of empathy for me whatsoever.
