I just went through a knee replacement and Nova Care is the best! I was always greeted with happy faces and I really listened to what they told me I did my workouts there for 3 weeks and also worked hard at home so I didn't need the walker after 1 week and never used a cane. I did use the ice machine and the leg machine which I loved it. Made me push myself up to 100% for speed and 120 for the bend. The girls I had worked hard with me and they just couldn't believe that I did so well with it. It pays to work hard I have no limp and I'm very happy with the turn out. Greetings I just want to say that Valerie, Emily, Bethann is absolutely the best! The whole staff is excellent and caring. Valerie and Adidi have been very helpful occupational therapists helping get use of my hand and thumb after having surgery on my thumb last December. Valerie has been very helpful--I accidentally messed up my hand spint/brace that they made me when I slipped on ice. Valerie was able to see me later that afternoon and repair it for me, and I had been then earlier in the day for therapy! I love tye paraffin wax hand dip and the hand massage! That seems to really help loosen my hand up. Four weeks of occupational therapy, and I see massive improvement in my use and strength since surgery mid December.
