It was my nieces 14th birthday and she loves to bowl. Austin was the gentleman who helped us. Not only was he training someone new and answering all my many questions. He popped down to the lane to help with a scoring issues as well. Super friendly and helpful. We got there just after they opened and it was very clean (Bathrooms included). Ordered some food and it was delivered quick and hot. We will be back.
I read these reviews every day and I can tell you a lot of them are fake because they themselves are rude to the employees. Customers have to realize they are not the only customers a place like this have sometimes the kitchen is overwhelmed with food orders . And they have to do the orders in the orderly fashion or the customer before them complains about it . It is a catch 20-20 when it comes to satisfying a customer . They cannot please everyone all they can do is try. So give them a break . If you talk crazy to someone your results are not gonna be good try being politer and they won't talk crazy to you. You also have to realize some of those kids are in training . Customers can be as rude as heck and they think that is ok well they are wrong . Talk and treat people the way you want to be treated and the results would be so nicer . People drop kids off and their kids create chaos because they think they own the place as the kid said . But they are not your babysitters and the place does have rules. Try talking not yelling when you have a complaint and watching your kids so they stay out of trouble . It's not the employees fault all the time . I've seen customers go apes s*** over stupid things that if they took responsibility on what they say or do or their children say or do it would be less drama there. Just saying as a customer it's not always the staffs fault. Mind you the staff members could do better in doing their jobs rather than being on their phones constantly. Place is clean for the most part but could use little more TLC.

You can come in Mon-Sat to make appointments and meet salon professionals if you don't already have a \\\"regular\\\" service provider.
