Update** I just want to add that the front desk help Chris has personally kept me here. She’s organized and will also listen to me ramble about an issue before either scheduling me, recommending me somewhere else (if emergency) and sometimes just calming me down
I would choose this vet again and again. They are able to get my cats in on short notice and take care of my two dogs all within reasonable prices.
Its taken me almost a year to write this post but the staff at bancroft vet are always professional and kind. I had to make a hard decision for my 18 year old kitty. Worst day of my life was eased slightly by the compassion of the staff. When im ready I will choose this vet to care for my future pets. Thank you again. Tigger was taken care of every visit 🖤
