Lindsay came out yesterday and clearly explained my options for updating my furnace and R22 based A/C system. I am 1 week away from a new system installation and was loaned 2 portable A/C units to see me through the upcoming hot weather.

We are in the Gaylord area. During the ice storm our generator stopped working. I called Anthony (owner) and he was on the road but let me know someone would call me since it wasn't possible to get down our road. Ten minutes later Tom called me. It took some time but he was very patient and walked me through troubleshooting the issue. The generator was back up and has been running great. Anthony and Tom knew the situation with the storm and our dire need. Many companies would have put us on their schedule because fixing somthing over the phone doesn't pay. I have already recommended Accurate to friends and will continue to do so.
