Joe installed our new high efficiency American Standard furnace for us. He was thorough in walking me through what he had done in the way of updates and custom work for our HVAC setup, where the gas shutoff is, where the new air filter is, how to access it for changing, the size, type, and how to order more online for a good price. He helped me install the app for the new AS smart thermostat on my phone, as well as how to use the thermostat features. I am interested in the basics, though my husband will, likely, get into more of the functions available. Jo did great work, everything looks great, proper flow, time was taken to make sure the job was done right, up to code, and he even cleaned out one of the ducts that was particularly full of, we believe our Golden retriever’s fur. She been gone for several years, her shed was crazy year round. We thank Joe and the Accurate HVAC team for a job well done. The spaces in the house that were, typically, too hot or cold are already more comfortable. Joe and Anthony both reassured us they are available to answer questions and provide support. We appreciate their commitment to stand behind their work and the American Standard products they install. They pulled permits, and helped us with getting the Energy credit from Consumers Energy. We will be on their convenient routine cleaning, check, and maintenance program. Having peace of mind knowing we have a high quality reputable furnace installed by an exceptional HVAC company is a blessing. We definitely recommend Accurate HVAC.
These guys are the best around! Had trouble with my furnace and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Can’t thank him enough! I highly suggest everyone go to him and his team when you have hvac issues or questions!
