We had a great technician, Micheal, very courteous and explained everything he was doing. Although the outcome was not what we were expecting, needing a new furnace, he made it easy to order and it was installed the same day. Carlos was an excellent installer. This company is amazing and has excellent communication skills, and I'm grateful for Emily's phone calls and the texts I received giving me the appointment confirmation, letting us know when our tech is on his way and more. Albert went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of and happy with our results. Steven G did a wonderful job on helping fix our furnace and had a great sense of humor as well. We had a great experience from start to finish. They were the first company that was able to get in this week to repair our furnace and were transparent throughout the entire process. Jhayden was a very professional young man. He diagnosed the problems and gave multiple different tiered options to repair. We chose the option that would ensure the furnace would run well for the rest of its life. He located and picked up the needed parts and completed the repair same day.
