Opticare Vision Center in Bad Axe is a highly recommended optometry practice. The staff is described as extremely helpful, sincerely kind, and always smiling. The doctor is knowledgeable, generous, and genuinely caring, providing detailed and friendly service. Patients appreciate the quick and calming response to any potential issues.
I love going to 0pti-Care for all of my eye care needs. All of the people working there are the best. So friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to give you the best service. The doctors are very friendly and thorough. He explained everything going on to me in terms I could understand. A special thank you to Stephanie Redburn for my replacement frames. The measurements for new glasses are right on. No adjustments needed. Also, they gave me petite frames to fit my face which I have never even known were available. I highly recommend going here!!💖
The doctors do a great job and really know their stuff. They do especially good with kids and this is the only place I've gone where my perscription actually works for my eyes since they listen so well. I would love to see a different format for their receipts because it is a little difficult to tell what you are being charged, what is covered by insurance, and how much the overall cost was. However, all the staff are very helpful (shout out to Stephanie in Bad Axe!) and that is just the only area that I can find that might need tweaking.
Opti Care Vision Center in Bad Axe, MI is an excellent facility. Optian Shawn Bambach is very thorough, patient and takes the time to explain what he is looking at and doing. He answers all questions in a concise and easy to understand verbiage. The ladies were very good at helping to find just the right frames.
