The nurse (I think Laurie) was very nice and explained things to me. It took a little bit to get hooked up virtually with the doctor but she was very nice too. I had a sinus infection and was given medication to treat it.
Appointment for lab work was quick and easy. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable they checked to see whether my particular lab work could be drawn there. She let me know that she would check on the weekend to make sure my doctor in Florida had my results.
I recently visited the clinic and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. They asked questions and made sure I fully understood their diagnosis and treatment plan. I appreciated their approachable demeanor and clear communication style. They were patient and kind, which made me feel at ease throughout the visit.
