Went up here to get my PD distance for my eyes, Dylan was very helpful with explaining the numbers and how to tell my eyeglass supplier the distance and numbers
He went the extra mile by helping me out with my shades, as one of the hinges were loose. He was able to tighten it back up, and didn't charge me for the PD distance or eyeglass arm tightening
This was very generous of him as I really needed the PD, and for him to go out of the way to do that really made me consider getting everything done here at this location! Thank you again will recommend this place
I truly wanted to wait til I picked up my glasses to tell you all my experience. However the whole team is awesome! The energy in this location is everything. Sometimes you don’t know what others are going through. They made my day. Dr. Jacob, Amanda and Jen thanks for great customer service. I appreciate it.
Being age 56 years old. I obviously have been to many optical stores in my lifetime.
This is the first one, literally, that EVERY single staff person I had interaction with was pleasant, professional, and a pure enjoyment to work with.
In addition, this location had zero issues nor applied any hard sale to me even though due to my current budget I could only order what the insurance covered. I was still treated as a customer spending a thousand dollars.
Why don't other companies (not just optical) get this? Treat every customer top notch!
