I always have the best experience with the staff at the Sam club’s optical department. They are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always always willing to help. I brought a pair of frames in with me to have my lenses removed from another pair of glasses and put into The new frames. They gladly took them to the back room. Let me do some of my other shopping when I came back to pick them up, They were ready and in perfect perfect condition. I am so grateful to them. There’s another young lady there. I believe she was a manager, but she’s not in the picture, she was outstanding and was the tech that went out of her way to help me . Thankyou again... read full review

I brought in a prescription from another optical place I was having issues with. Elbrea (I hope I spelled it right) was extremely helpful & went above & beyond to get my contacts ordered. Knowing I was in a hurry for them, she noted on my order to call me ASAP. This young lady is an asset to Sam's Club. She is very professional, kind & I will come here from now on. Thanks for the great service.

We became members last year, and we haven't used any wholesale club in the past. The store is clean, employees are universally friendly and helpful, and we've saved a lot of money. I especially want to highlight my recent experiences with the tire department: I got new tires and came back later about an unrelated issue. Tire department staff are prompt and helpful. Justin, in particular, provided outstanding customer service, going above and beyond. He was professional and efficient. Would absolutely recommend this Sam's to anyone, and definitely the tire department.
