Absolutely amazing service! William explained everything in great detail and even gave me a bunch of tips on how to clean our carpets better with having puppies. I was amazed at how clean my carpets came especially in my master bedroom where my dogs are at alot. Unfortunately we had an emergency half way through with our dog and had to leave and when we came home later that night, our house smelled so good. We have to keep our carpets cleaned yearly to keep our warranty and I'll definitely be using B&D Carpets each time! Highly recommend!

Bill was professional, on time and even moved his schedule around to accommodate a last minute change. His cleaning services were wonderful and the carpets look almost new! His prices are so much more reasonable than other big companies. He has a very easy to use website to schedule and pricing shows on the website so there are no surprises.

I would highly recommend him to anyone. You'll be so glad you called him!
