From start to finish, Steve, Chad and the crew were awesome to work with showed up when he said he was going to return phone calls. Great input on design great experience would recommend them to anyone!
We had a pole barn built by Orchard. Steve and his crew are awesome!! We started the process last fall with scheduling construction for this spring, based upon our schedule. The barn went up in 3 1/2 days. The team are very hard working and provide you with a quality build. If you are in the market, I suggest giving them a call!
Orchard Construction built our pole barn back in 2016. It was a great experience from planning to execution. The crew was courteous and friendly and very organized--they were obviously very experienced with this type of construction. After almost 7 years, the building has remained structurally sound--no leaks, no settling, no cracks in the floor. Just recently we had a couple of incidents that damaged two of the metal exterior panels. I called Steve to see about getting them replaced. By referencing his records, he knew the color and sizes of the specific panels and immediately ordered them. They were replaced while I was away on vacation--a pleasant surprise to find on my return. The barn looks like brand new once again.
