I am writing this review of KLM Landscaping to share our experience with the retaining wall replacement job at our home in Lake Orion (note: our job was done in conjunction with our next door neighbor’s yard which required a similar retaining wall replacement).
I can say that our experience with Kody was good thru the whole process. I believe he was honest and knowledgeable with us. Additionally, KLM job pricing was better than other estimates we received for similar work. Part of that was also due to us selecting boulders for the retaining wall. Cody & Ray at KLM were fantastic to work with! The whole team was incredibly professional and talented throughout the entire process. They assisted with township approvals, design changes, and product selection. They kept in constant communication thru each step of the process. We look forward to our next project with KLM and highly recommend them to all our friends and family!
Kody the sales representative for KLM is terrific, pleasure to work with, he was always very professional. When there was a mistake he was quick to fix it and made sure we were happy. There were some issues with not pulling a permit which delayed the work we were having done, which was frustrating, but even after the wait the work turned out beautiful. Great work!
