I visited with my sister for a weekday pedicure. We called ahead with a timeframe of 12:30-1pm and was told that would work - to come on in. When we arrived, the woman at the desk (we assume we spoke to her on the phone) huffed that we had walked in and made a comment "why everyone want to come in at 1pm?!" That was a bit off putting but it was stay or leave and we stayed. The pedicure was fine. Took a bit of time but we weren't in a hurry. Large clean space. Bright and accommodating for large parties though they don't really have the staff for it. The initial contact sticks with me and I haven't been back since.

So I went in to get a fill hoping I find someone good at doing acrylics. Long took care of my manicure and he surprised me. Very detail oriented, perfect shaping, great at painting, took his time. I love him! I will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you!

Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. I had a pedicure and acrylic fill done and could not be more satisfied. The staff was super friendly, efficient, and did great work. Polish looks amazing, definitely come back. It did get busier closer to 5pm though so I would suggest coming earlier if you don't want to wait.
