I went here because I had heard from family that this was a great clinic to go to. You can even use their website via smartphone to schedule an appointment, complete registration, and check in so that you don't have to be stuck in the waiting room for a while.
The nurse and doctor who helped me were very professional and helpful.
In Alpena Mi I saw Dr. Tracey Marino who was the example of what doctors should be. She made me feel like a person that was worth her time and truly the best doctor I have seen in a long time. I would have everyone I know be her patient. I wish she could be my doctor every time I go there.
Me and my husband went to this Urgent Care and the lady that waited on me for my foot and ankle were so kind and very helpful. They did my xray and the lady that had done it was very nice and made me comfortable with everything. They did a great job with the care. I didn’t add a full star because they aren’t really helpful with doctors notes and things in that sort for work. And made me go to my regular doctor which was fine but more of a hassle. But overall a good experience.
