I had to call to get my son in for an emergency appointment and they were able to get him in right away, Staff was very professional and courteous. DR.Miller Was AMAZING! She never makes you feel rushed or pressured, she is very very friendly and explains everything very clearly.

I visited for an annual VSP eye exam. Staff was very professional and courteous. The Dr. met and exceeded my expectations. I thought the exam went well and I didn't feel hurried or pressured. I particularly liked that when going through the screens and it was difficult to tell the difference the Dr said to focus just on the letter "O" and that did the trick! I was offered various options but I just wanted the exam. I would recommend this office and will return again for eye Care.

This was my first visit to Thunder Bay Eye Care and my appointment was with their newest doctor whose name is Dr Luongo. I found the doctor to be quite personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel like I have received good care, and overall my experience with everyone on the staff thus far has been wonderful.I'm not sure about the rest of the visit because I still have to be seen to have my new glasses fitted when they come in, but generally speaking, I would recommend Dr Luongo for anyone who has Eye Care needs.
