We were having electrical issues at our house when I called and made an appointment. Between calling and making the appointment things got significantly worse so I called back. After talking with the office, I requested that if they had the availability to send someone sooner. It wasn’t an hour later that they had an electrician in route. When he arrived, he was very nice, professional, and helpful. We will definitely use them again.
After the ice storm, when the power returned, not all of my mother's house came back on, and the furnace was one of the things that didn't start. My mother is 90, and the house had been at 42 degrees for two days between waiting for the power to come back on, and then us trying to figure out why the furnace wasn't responding in spite of flipping breakers. I was given Thunder Bay Electric's number by the furnace installer, and within an hour and a half they had someone out and everything was working again! I can't say enough good things about this company!
My dental office needed some follow-up electrical work after ordering new overhead lights. The work was scheduled for 8am on a day the office was seeing patients. The electricians showed up 30min EARLY, completed the job, and were cleaned up and out the door before the first patient was seated for the day. Everything works perfectly. I am so impressed by the incredibly fast service and workmanship. Thank you!
