I've been coming here since I bought a home in the area over three years ago. Mark cut my hair once, but I generally rely on Peggy. Reliable, good, functional haircuts at a fair price. Both Peggy and Mark consistently give me what I ask for, a rarity in barbers these days. Friendly. If you're looking for a fancy stylist, with all due respect, why are you in Alpena? Roy’s Barber Shop exceeded all my expectations! My husband had mentioned Roy’s for our son’s first haircut, so when we had some free time, I gave them a call. Mark had an opening right away, and despite my hesitation about taking our not-even-two-year-old in before he had a chance to blow off some steam at open gym, we decided to go for it. Can't thank Peggy enough. Needed a last minute haircut for my son and even though she had a full day she was nice enough to squeeze him in and gave him a wonderful cut. We will deffinately be back
