Worked in hospitals all my life and emergently became a patient at your facility. I've had many inpatient admissions in my life but can say 100% that I've NEVER had better care by every caregiver I had contact with from medical staff, housekeeping, down to the wonderful folks who prepared and delivered nutrition to your bedside. The facility was very clean and the environment was positive for healing. Thank all of you for 10 days of excellent care and service.
I had a wonderful experience with the Cardio Lab staff and especially Nurse Nicole. Everyone was kind, caring, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Nurse Nicole was absolutely amazing—she was compassionate, patient, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood what was happening.
