I had a lot of issues that needed to be taken care of and first I want to mention Jody and how friendly and responsive she is! Thank you Jody! Second I want to mention Ryan! Terry was a gem yet again. We had a long list of things we couldn't ask him to do last time he came out to fix our air conditioner. This time he replaced our filters, which were screwed on too tight, our outdoor faucet that had stopped working. Now works! He also replaced and cleaned the humidifier filter, getting it ready for winter. I hope this plumbing company is already number one in our area. They are the only one that answers and calls. Thank you.

My 90-year old parents had their water heater go out and I called Lakeshore. They came within 1 hour, assessed what they needed, ordered the replacement and were there the next morning to install it. We could not be happier or more grateful to them.
