Reviews
In October I was given two options of either back surgery or physical therapy. I chose physical therapy and contacted Thunder Bay Fyzical Therapy. Working with Kayla & Sarah to relief my pain and get me walking again has been a great experience. Both of them were so friendly and encouraging, they made my PT something I looked forward to. Even though the exercises were very tough they got me through it. I went into PT with a walker and a lot of pain. After 7 weeks I no longer need the walker and the pain when walking is almost gone. They have taught me what I need to do to continue my healing journey.
Thank you Kayla & Sarah!!
I recently worked with Emily for a running assessment. I can already tell, in just a few short days, that this is going to be a game changer for my running! She was incredible - helping me identify areas I can be more efficient with my body and form and giving me exercises and tips to make the changes I need to make. I highly recommend this for any runners, of any running mileage. It was incredibly affordable and worth way more than the cost and time of the process! Plus, Emily was amazing to work with!
