I won a make over with Lauren Mauldin. I came in with my hair a mess and she brought it back to life. She made me feel beautiful and confident about myself. She cut dyed and styled my hair and when I walked out of there I felt a million times better about myself.
I paid for a perm there April 29th it lasted 2 weeks. I went on vacation having to curl my hair every time I washed it. I went in to show them it didn't take. The girl at the desk told me it would be a few minutes. I waited 15 the girl who did the perm would not even look at me. After showing my strait hair to the owner O left. I got a perm from my regular place. She said I should get my money back as there was no perm in my hair. I went back to rebel roots. The owner told me they do not give refunds. So beware no refunds and no do overs. And no apologies. I will never go there again. I went to them when they were the figure head. They were better then. Not now. I would not give them 1 star
