Aeros IT Group has always been extremely helpful managing our business network and computers. They are quick to help whenever we need it and do an excellent job of keeping our systems up-to-date and secure. I cannot recommend them enough!
We have been serviced by CCS Tech/Aeros for nearly 15 years now. With no IT person on staff, we rely heavily on their expertise and they do not disappoint. From software upgrades, onboarding new employees, and data backup/recovery to server access and email syncing problems, there’s never been an issue Aeros couldn’t fix. Their response time is quick and their knowledge is high level. For us “technically-challenged” types, Jorge is amazingly good at explaining in easy terms…and extremely patient.
