Response to your response: the Reason you don’t see me as a customer is because twice you said you were going to come to my farm and look at my tractor and you did not show up either time. So you are correct I was never actually a customer but I tried multiple times to be a customer.

Our experience with Scott’s Landscape Management, run by Scott and Owen, has been one of the worst we’ve ever had with any service provider. What began as a simple landscaping project turned into weeks of frustration, poor workmanship, and zero accountability.
After taking our payment, they failed to complete the job as promised. Communication dropped off, deadlines were missed, and the quality of what was done was completely unacceptable. Even basic professional courtesy was missing.
Owen, in particular, was uncooperative and dismissive when we tried to address the issues. Instead of taking responsibility or offering solutions, he made excuses and avoided follow-up. It felt like once they had our money, they stopped caring entirely.
At this point, we can only warn others: do not trust this company. Their business practices show a serious lack of integrity. There are many honest, skilled landscaping teams out there — Scott’s Landscape Management is not one of them.

Got Scammed and Treated Terribly I had an awful experience with Scott’s Landscaping Management in Allegan, Michigan. The service was unprofessional from start to finish. I paid for work that was never completed properly, and when I tried to get it fixed, they completely ignored my calls and messages. The quality was terrible, and I honestly feel like I got scammed. Save yourself the headache and go with someone who actually stands behind their work — this company definitely doesn’t. Scott and Owen the son especially scammed us completely.

Not happy. Dirt/seeded front yard. Uneven/small mounds/tire tracks. Per my request, said would come and inspect on 5/17. No contact. Don't want them back here, I will fix. My FRONT yard -wanted to look nice. The dirt he makes ( not screened top soil) full of rocks (again, my front yard) and plastic and glass!!

Overcharged for a simple leaf pick up job. I had them come out and do my Mom's lot which is about 150 feet x 60 feet of land to clean up. So it's a decent size, but not overly large. I was charged for 3 people for 1.5 hours of work. I was glad to pay for the 2 people my Mom said showed up. I want to be fair, but to tell me it took 1.5 hours with 3 people to do that size...is dishonest. I would not recommend.Service: Lawn care
