Apparently it's under new ownership which is good news as Joe wasn't the best at customer service, I'll just leave it at that.So after giving them what we thought was the part number we waited the time they said it would be to get the part when we called in they said no it wasn't and it would be the following Monday but when we called the following Monday we were told that apparently we gave them the wrong part number... My question is, were they just going to wait for us to call or could they not have called and requested the proper number instead of waiting for us to call to tell us... Otherwise the lady at the counter was friendly.
Joe's picked up a lawnmower that a lady was inquiring about a price to have her lawnmower serviced she gave them the address so they could see how much and without confirmation or anyone even home they picked it up and then used it to service someone's lawn and somehow broke the steering arm and it's a art not easily acquired, I guess. And the lady had to arrange a way to pick it up because they wouldn't bring it back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND APPALLING. WHEN SHE GOT IT HOME SHE INSECTED THE MOWER AND WHOEVER USED IT HAD MARKED IT ALL UP AND BENT A FEW THINGS.OR ITS THE WRONG MOWER THEY GAVE BACK TO HER.
To start off, the job was done. I’m thankful for that. However, it took a week for a simple carburetor tune up on a weed trimmer seemingly due to an employee being out. I can understand staffing difficulties, I’m not as bothered by this. The 2 star rating is for the customer service. The woman working there is exempt from the following review. But I was treated with hostility or blatantly ignored during my interactions with the men working at this establishment. I was uncomfortable and will not be returning for future needs. Customer service and human decency costs a business nothing. Poor customer service and misogyny is costing this business my future business.
