My dad requested simplicity for his final arrangements, so comparatively, not a lot of detail was required with our interaction with Gorden's. But that did not affect the service we received at all. It was "top notch". Samuel was personable and so helpful in planning, and then eventually with the actual arrangements. He was always readily available when I reached out with questions, and had prompt, caring responses. Through the entire process we felt well cared for.
