And a 5-star rating!) was cheerful and knew our furnace inside and out. Diagnosed the problem in just a minute or two and gave us suggestions about fixes that wouldn't break our bank. Zach and Carlos were rockstars replacing my old AC. My install was ridiculously difficult because of my house, but they took the extra time to make sure it was done properly, resolving issues from the previous unit shortcoming. They kept me well informed of the process and progress setting realistic expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs AC work.
I also had ductwork replaced. Carlos, Zach, and Ian (the owner) came in over the holiday weekend and knocked out the install of the new ductwork. These 3 worked amazingly well as a team and finished the job in record time.
