He installed a TV mount, replaced several smoke detectors, and swapped out deadbolts and door knobs—all with the materials I had already purchased.

We reached out to John to help us with installing an extractor fan in our garage at the apex of the roof. He communicated ahead of the job and told us when he would be there. He arrived on time and completed the work admirably. He took tremendous care to make sure everything was done right; everything is weather-tight and looks great. He even came back to apply a coat of paint when we got it in, so I didn't have to get up on the ladder. We will be calling John again in the near future.
