Just picked up my gaming PC and couldn’t be happier!!
A recent storm took me outta the game. I tried a few different fixes, that didn’t fix my problem.
I contacted Precision next. Within 24 hours they diagnosed it, and a few days later it was ready. But…Not only did they fix the problem (busted CPU), but it came back looking brand new. The care and attention to detail is very evident.
Don’t mess around, if your PC goes down, save yourself time and money by taking it to Precision

Initially I called to see what services they offer.
Noah said they don't just sit around and wait for customers. They have these lockers that you put your device in, which is so cool!
I really appreciated Noah texting me how much it would cost and asking if I wanted to proceed. If I didn't, he would return the device to the locker. He also offered to get it back to me while he waited on a part.
The cost was appropriate, and the service was quick.
They will be my go to for computer repair! (Hopefully I won't need it, but if I do, they are my go to people.
Also, I want to include that they need magnetic business cards, and I want one!
