So far so good! They're extremely accommodating during the design process, which can be tedious and full of changes. Hopefully, the delivery and installation will be as smooth as the design process was.

We are so thankful to have dealt with our sales rep, Jake King, at Lily Ann Cabinets. He was thorough, honest, patient and personable each time we conversed. After helping me through the initial zoom call, he patiently waited over a month for me to get back to him while I shopped around and compared other companies. When I came back with more questions, he expertly advised us. When I told him the initial cost was a bit over our budget, he offered suggestions to lower the cost. Richard W. Made my order process accurate and easy. Response time was quick. I received cabinets and the quality of them are a 10+. They are thick and solid. Quite door close. Very happy ?
