“I was having a terrible day because of various reasons and I had to make a last minute appointment for the driver’s test. Not only did Mr. Banks accommodate my delayed arrival, he could see that I was very obviously flustered and helped me calm down, get over my nervousness, encouraged me for all my right manoeuvres and motivated me despite my mistakes. Luckily my mistakes were minor and few in number and I passed my test with a comfortable margin. Great experience and an amazing, warm personality! Plus, Sarah at the office was very kind as well. If I ever run into you guys again, I’ll express my gratitude in person.“
